 Izal (germicide) is useful in every home, toilet, kitchen, schools, hospitals and hotels. It is an important cleansing substance that helps to destroy bacterial and germs which cause infections and illness to man and animals. Germicides also have active ingredients that fight bacterial and germs on surfaces. We have many brands of our products in market however one stands out from the other. Izal is a germicide disinfectant that is in a liquid form and is whitish in colour.
It is primarily used in toilets, bathrooms, kitchen floors and hospital floors to sterilize the environment and kill harmful germs. Our product (Izal germicide) however is easy to make, use and comes in affordable prices that is if you have interest and passion for it.

Other ingredients include water, Izal concentrate, lyzol, carbolic acid, and whitener.
  Whitener provides the germicide colour, lyzol the active ingredient while carbolic acid is an amino acid. Izal concentrate is a poisonous acid compound, pine oil a good cleansing agent and phenol is carbolic acid.

STEPS USED IN MAKING IZAL (GERMICIDE) DISINFECTANT
The first step in making or producing Izal germicide is by gathering all the raw materials together once you have gathered the raw materials or chemical together you then dissolve texapor with phenol, the pine oil is then added and the mixture rigorously stirred. Next step is to add Lysol, booster and measured liters of water. Make sure throughout the process you keep stirring the mixture.
Before you can use the carbolic acid you need to dissolve in water along with the white binder. Add the resultant to get a good consistency by adding water appropriately and stir vigorously. The exact measurement of chemical depends on the volume of izal you want to make or produce.
SUMMARY FOR MAKING IZAL (GERMICIDE)
1.     Measure the texapor into your mixing tank
2.     Add the phenol and stir until completely dissolved (Do not allow the phenol to touch the skin to avoid burns)
3.     Add the pine oil and keep stirring
4.     Also add the carbolic and keep stirring
5.     Add the Lysol as stirring continues
6.     Add water as stirring continues
7.     Add the booster as stirring continues
8.     Finally add the concentrate and stir vigorously.
            Your Izal germicide is ready for use.
